Watched "Tooth and Nail"

I  was browsing the new additions to the Netflix Watch Instantly section, and came across Tooth and Nail.  The description sounded like it could be good - "In a postapocalyptic world, a small band of survivors who call themselves Foragers plan to rebuild civilization from their headquarters in an empty hospital. But they're soon forced into a face-off with the Rovers, a brutal gang of cannibals."

However, the only thing good about this movie was that fact that it's post-apocalyptic and available for free on my Roku.  Everything else about it pretty much sucked.  Everything from the bad acting to the  tired plot, and most especially the fact that the characters were all morons, made it a chore to get to the end.

The premise was that the world ran out of gas, and then society crumbled into mass starvation.  But where was the evidence of the food riots, burned buildings, trash on the streets even?  How did the main characters survive for years when only a couple of them even bothered to walk around with a weapon?

It wasn't Ever Since The World Ended bad, but it was close.  If you're a fan of the genre and can watch it for free, it might be worth two hours of your time, but it's definitely not worth paying for.
