Tripods Trilogy Serialized Comics from Boy's Life Magazine in the 80s

I came across a link today that pointed me to The Haunted Closet, a blog where Brother Bill has compiled all the pieces of the serialized comic book version of the Tripods Trilogy that was printed page by page in Boy's Life Magazine in the 80s.
I happened to be a Boy Scout at the time, and was already a fan of PA movies and TV, and I remember really looking forward to these stories each month. If I started them around 1981 then these are probably the first post-apocalyptic fiction that I'd ever actually read.
I'm going to be contacting Brother Bill to see if he'd mind if I grab a copy of the comics for posterity's sake, but for now, if you'd like to take a look and give them a read, head on over there.
